CIESIN, based at the Lamont campus of Columbia University in Palisades, New York, is an internationally recognized research, data, and education center working at the intersection of the natural, social, health, engineering, and computer sciences.
The position requires a MS or MA in Geography, Computer Science, or other related field emphasizing knowledge of spatial analysis techniques germane to CIESIN's ongoing and planned activities, plus 4 years of experience using GIS and related geospatial technologies.
