Subject: "Contribution of GEOSS to Innovation in Europe" survey
Dear  Gabor Kakonyi ,
The purpose of the survey is to collect information on your firm’s innovation products and activities during the period from 2011 to 2013 inclusive, related to the  Global Earth Observation System of Systems Initiative (https://www.earthobservations.org/geoss.shtml).
we are contacting you as a firm being active in the field of geospatial information/ Earth Observation technology, inviting you to participate in a survey organised European research project GEOWOW (http://www.geowow.eu/).

Europe is investing significant resources to opening access to earth observation and public sector information, and it is clearly important to verify if this increasing access has positive spinoff effects on the competitiveness and growth of the European private sector. We are therefore very grateful if you can take some 10 minutes of your time to complete the survey.
The survey is available at the following link:
Please note that all the questions will be anonymised to ensure confidentiality of the data provided, and that no data will be released in any form, that could identify your organisation.
Please note that the survey will be active until 8th August 2014.
As we would like to reach as many companies as possible using Earth Observation/Geographic Information in Europe, we also kindly ask you to help us  by forwarding the link to the survey with the text of this e-mail  also to your main customers/partners  dealing with EO/GI, and ask them in turn to forward the survey after they have replied to it.
All respondents will receive a summary report of the main results.

Should you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us at the details below. Looking forward to receiving your essential contribution,
Yours Sincerely,
Elena Roglia
